Oversees repair and maintenance of building and assets.
Manages assigned associates. Supervises janitorial services and grounds maintenance such as landscaping, lawn care and snow removal.
Communicates with management and contractors as required.
Provides support for ecological sustainability.
Performs other duties as assigned.
