What are the responsibilities and job description for the High Volume, Daytime Café Restaurant Coffee Shop Work! position at The Exchange Coffee, Mercantile, & Eatery, Inc.?
We are looking to add a handful of team members to our team!

It is also:
- High pace/noise/demand. There are many things going on at the same time, think steam wands, coffee grinders, blenders, people shouting "orders up", music, guests speaking, team member saying "behind".
- Extremely busy at times & Small working space (Must be able to regulate emotions)
- Labor intensive, on your feet all day, concrete floors. There is up to 25lbs of lifting occasionally required. You will be moving up and down stairs and we like to say "sprinting" to deliver guest orders.
- Understaffed somedays. Filling in for Coworkers call in sick without replacements
- Lots of on the job learning/need high initiative. You will be trained as much as we can, there are many scenarios that are learn as you go. Our team helps one another out!
- Probationary period (base pay) 30-90 days.
- Parking pass and correct spot required from city
- No benefit package (full time)
