They are seeking a Benefits Administrator to join their HR team. In this role, you will support day-to-day administration of US benefits programs, manage leave of absence processes, deliver employee benefits support, and contribute to global benefits initiatives. You will partner closely with the HR team to ensure compliance, accuracy, and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer US benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, EAP, wellbeing, and voluntary benefits); support global benefits processes as needed
- Serve as first contact for employee benefits and LOA inquiries
- Manage US leave of absence processes, including documentation, eligibility, and compliance
- Conduct new hire benefits orientation and support open enrollment and renewal efforts
- Oversee benefits invoicing, reconciliation, and vendor management
- Analyze benefits data and provide actionable insights
- Maintain benefits dashboards and reporting metrics
- Assist with 401(k) testing, annual audits, and process improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in benefits administration and analytics
- Experience with US benefits programs and compliance (FMLA, HIPAA, ADA, ERISA, state leave laws)
- Experience with Workday required, along with familiarity with HRIS and benefits platforms
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
