We’re looking for Workday-certified professionals with proven experience working for Workday partner organizations. As a Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking Consultant at The Encompass Group, you

will:

• Lead or support full-cycle Workday deployments, with a focus on Payroll, Absence,

and/or Time Tracking modules

• Partner with clients to assess current systems, define project scope, and configure

solutions that align with business needs

• Provide hands-on guidance for requirements gathering, design, configuration,

testing, deployment, and post-go-live support

• Translate complex business processes into clear and effective Workday solutions

• Build trusted relationships with clients by delivering expert insights, strong

communication, and proactive problem-solving

• Contribute to practice development by mentoring junior consultants and sharing best

practices across the team

We're looking for someone with:

• Current Workday Certification (required) in at least one of the following functional

areas, with more than one being preferred; Payroll, Absence and/or Time Tracking

certifications are a plus

• Experience working for a Workday SI partner, with a focus on deployment or

implementation consulting

• 2 years of Workday deployment experience, with involvement in 1–2 large-scale or 3–4 smaller end-to-end projects

• Strong understanding of U.S. Payroll compliance, payroll processing cycles, time entry

configurations, and absence tracking rules

• Ability to manage project deliverables independently while collaborating in a team

environment

• Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset

• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
