The Controller will play a critical role in financial leadership, partnering closely with senior management to support strategic decision-making, operational efficiency, and continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting operations, including month-end close, financial reporting, and compliance
• Partner closely with executive leadership to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure strong internal controls and adherence to GAAP and regulatory requirements
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team
• Support process improvements and scalability as the organization continues to grow

What They’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a Controller or senior accounting leadership role
• Hands-on leader who enjoys being involved in both strategy and execution
• Strong communication skills and the ability to partner cross-functionally
• Experience in a growing or evolving organization is highly preferred
• CPA or similar credentials a plus
