The Encompass Group is working with a well-known 24-year-old independent financial advisors group centrally located in downtown Winter Garden, Florida. They’re wholistic planners. They do trusts, insurance, estate planning, business succession planning, business exit strategies, etc. They are looking to add a Financial Planner to their team. This company has an outstanding reputation and are hiring due to substantial growth.

Responsibilities
- Assisting the Financial Advisor
- Placing trades
- Money movements based on client's needs
- Insurance policy adjustments
- Rebalancing 401K plans
- Reporting cash in accounts
Qualifications
- Ideally 2 years of experience in financial planning or assisting with financial planning
- A degree in finance or accounting
- Series 7, 63, and 65 are a plus
- Experience with securities, financial planning, investments and/or insurance is preferred
- Experience working with various Custodian Platforms (Fidelity, Schwab, TD, etc.) is preferred
