Responsibilities
- Manage multifamily and commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee complex projects including apartment complexes, townhomes, condos, and multi-story developments
- Coordinate daily with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal project teams
- Lead project schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and overall project execution
- Work closely with Project Engineers and field teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders throughout the construction process
- Proactively identify and resolve project challenges while maintaining timelines and quality standards
- Support a collaborative design-build delivery process from planning through construction completion
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards
Qualifications
- 4 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Multifamily construction experience
- Experience with complex building projects including townhomes, condominiums, mixed-use, or multi-story developments
- Strong understanding of construction operations, scheduling, budgeting, and project coordination
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Design-build project experience highly preferred
