What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client questions and ongoing service needs
- Build strong, long term relationships through responsive, personalized communication
- Deliver a high level of client service with timely follow up and attention to detail
- Coordinate multiple client requests while maintaining accuracy and organization
- Support daily client service operations and administrative processes
- Utilize CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and other technology platforms to improve efficiency
- Leverage emerging AI tools and technology to streamline workflows and enhance the client experience
- Collaborate with an experienced team committed to delivering outstanding service and continued growth
What We're Looking For
- Experience in client services, customer success, account management, or a similar client facing role
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Self motivated, proactive, and solutions oriented mindset
- Comfortable learning new technology and adapting to evolving processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and CRM platforms
- Financial services experience is preferred
- Series 6, 7, 65, or similar licensing is a plus, but not required
