The Encompass Group is partnering with an industry-leading provider within the compounding pharmaceutical and wellness space to identify an Account Manager for a high-potential territory. This organization supports healthcare providers across the country with innovative pharmaceutical solutions and has built a strong reputation for clinical education, customer support, and long-term client partnerships.
With a growing customer base and continued expansion, they are seeking an individual who can step into an established territory, manage existing relationships, and drive new business growth. What You'll Do
- Manage and grow an existing $1.5M book of business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and customers throughout the territory.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
- Balance approximately 70% account management and 30% business development activities.
- Serve as a trusted resource for customers regarding compounding pharmaceutical products and solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer support and account growth.
What We're Looking For
- Experience within compounding pharmaceutical wholesale, compounding chemicals, or compounding pharmacy is strongly preferred.
- Proven success in account management, territory management, or outside sales.
- Ability to quickly learn pharmaceutical products, industry terminology, and customer needs.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Self-motivated professional who thrives in a remote sales environment.
- Desire to build a long-term career with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Territory
- Approximately 15-state territory.
- Includes Montana, Idaho, and portions of the Eastern Midwest.
- Established customer base with significant growth opportunities.
Travel
- Minimal travel required.
- Quarterly territory visits, typically 3-day trips.
- Occasional industry trade shows.
