What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shipping Clerk position at The Emory Group?
Our friendly Santa Clarita Valley medical supply distribution center has an immediate opening for an experienced, detailed Shipping Clerk. Work with a great team in a collaborative environment.
Some Duties Include:
- Pull, Pack and ship international orders and sample requests
- Maintain work area to keep clean & well organized at all times
- Assist with periodic inventory counts
- Wrap and strap pallets to secure large shipments
- Perform additional duties as business demands
Position Requirements:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
- At least 2 years of shipping/order pulling experience required
- Candidates must be detailed and possess excellent organization skills
- Experience in building and/or staging pallets for daily forwarder pick ups
- Intermediate computer skills are required; NetSuite experience preferred
- Ability to lift up 50lbs on a regular basis
- Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time
- Must be able to work Monday0Friday from 7am-3:30pm with occasional overtime.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
