Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Traveling Electrical Foreman to lead electrical installation projects on commercial construction sites. This role is vital in ensuring that electrical systems are installed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. As a key leader on the job site, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate with project teams, and supervise electrical crews to deliver successful project outcomes. Your expertise in construction management and electrical systems will drive project success from start to finish.
Duties
- Lead "heavy commercial" projects on industrial sites, managing teams of 4 Electricians/Apprentices.
- Perform diverse electrical tasks, from small pipe/wire to medium voltage terminations and 3000A switchgear installation
- Read and interpret blueprints, one-lines, and schematics.
- Run/bend conduit and pull/terminate wire in varied environments.
- Operate scissor, boom, and bucket lifts as needed.
Skills
- Valid COLORADO Journeyman Electrician License is required.
- Strong background in Industrial/Manufacturing systems (24v DC to 480v)
- Proven ability to run larger projects and hit "time crunch" deadlines
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a major plus
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work independently or as a team.
- Must be willing to work up to 60 hours per week and travel between CO, KS and NM.
- Extensive experience in construction site management with a focus on electrical systems installation.
- Proven supervising experience leading electrical crews in commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and electrical code requirements.
- Familiarity with contracts management and change order procedures.
- Ability to operate testing equipment such as ohmmeters for troubleshooting electrical systems.

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
