The Embark Agency is hiring a Business Development Representative to support customer acquisition and growth campaigns across Birmingham. You’ll work directly with customers, introduce products and services, understand what they’re looking for, and help create new opportunities through face-to-face conversations.
This is an entry-level opportunity designed for people who want to develop practical experience in business development, sales, customer engagement, and relationship building. You’ll receive full training and ongoing coaching while working alongside an experienced team.
Previous business development or sales experience is not required — we’re looking for the right attitude and willingness to learn.
Your Day-to-Day
- Meet and engage with customers at promotional locations and campaign sites
- Introduce customers to relevant products, services, and offers
- Start conversations, ask questions, and understand individual customer needs
- Build rapport and create positive customer experiences
- Present suitable solutions clearly and confidently
- Assist with customer registrations, acquisitions, and sales
- Work towards individual and team performance goals
- Take part in regular training, coaching, and development sessions
