Duties
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, ensuring all debits and credits are properly recorded.
- Perform reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Utilize 10 key typing skills for data entry tasks related to financial records.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve accounting processes.
- Use MRP and Excel to enter and monitor financial information.
Requirements
- Proficiency in corporate accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent math skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated financial acumen with the ability to analyze data effectively.
- Familiarity with technical accounting procedures and practices.
- Experience with 10 key typing for efficient data entry.
- Knowledge of accounting software is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
