In this role, you’ll focus on residential diagnostics and helping clients make informed decisions based on service, not just selling.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 per year.

The Workweek

Start Time: Daily at 6:30 am.

Availability: On-call availability is required to support your staff, with potential for longer hours during peak seasons or extreme weather events.
Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Coaching: Actively engage and motivate direct reports through regular one-on-one meetings and daily huddles.

Performance Management: Monitor field technician performance, providing clear communication on how to improve and expand their knowledge.

Operations: Manage team schedules, analyze job expenses to meet budgets, and ensure customer complaints are resolved quickly.

Training: Integrate the "Service System" into all coaching and participate in the hiring and onboarding of new team members.

Administrative: Review time cards for accuracy, manage time-off requests, and report equipment or supply needs to the warehouse.
Qualifications

Proven track record in Sewer and Drain clearing, with supervisory experience.

Knowledgeable in machinery/equipment and repair methods.

Good presentation skills; able to convey confident and decisive messages.

Multitasker who enjoys working in the field with diverse teams on varied projects.

Certification Requirements: Must become Service System Certified within one year and maintain OSHA Safety standards.
