HVAC Service Manager
Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians is seeking a high-energy, decisive leader to join our team as an HVAC Service Manager. In this role, you will lead a residential service team to deliver high-quality results while ensuring clients feel informed and confident in their investments through a focus on education.

Mandatory Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

Experience: A proven track record in HVAC management with prior supervisory experience.

Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of both state and local HVAC codes is required.

Professionalism: Strong presentation skills with the ability to convey confident and decisive messages.

Organization: A detail-oriented multitasker with exceptional follow-through abilities.

Screening: Offers are contingent upon passing a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Availability:

Typical work week is Monday - Friday, with additional days and hours as needed by the department.

Daily start time is 6:30 am.

Must have on-call availability to support your staff as needed.

Ability to work long hours during peak seasons and extreme weather events.

Note: A Journeyman License is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Conduct mandatory team meetings and daily huddles to promote brand loyalty and enthusiasm.

Mentorship: Monitor field technician performance and advise them on improving technical skills and customer rapport.

Operations: Manage team schedules, ensure jobs are properly staged, and analyze job expenses to maintain the budget.

Quality Control: Set expectations for safety and code requirements, and resolve customer complaints quickly and favorably.

Administration: Review time cards for accuracy, manage capacity planning, and document disciplinary actions.
