As an HVAC Comfort Advisor, you’ll help homeowners make informed and confident decisions about replacing their HVAC systems. Your role is focused on education, service, and trust; not high-pressure sales. You’ll build strong customer relationships, provide clear replacement options, and ensure every homeowner receives a positive, professional experience.
What You'll Do
- Train and mentor apprentices to support long-term team development.
- Respond to priority or lead calls within 24 hours.
- Maintain strong knowledge of safety practices, permits, code requirements, and product options.
- Meet and exceed all KPI and performance expectations.
- Collaborate with service technicians, install teams, and dispatch to ensure seamless workflow.
- Educate customers on financing options and maintenance plans.
- Present yourself professionally to earn trust, referrals, and repeat business.
- Work closely with customer service and dispatch to strengthen overall business success.
- Participate actively in training, morning meetings, and company retreats.
What You'll Bring
