Our Plumbing Apprenticeship Program - Eco University
Our Plumbing Apprenticeship is a 20-week, paid training program designed to help you build a strong foundation for a successful plumbing career. Class will start on August 10th.
Apprentices start at $18/hour while attending Eco University. Upon graduation, pay increases to $20/hour, with opportunities for performance bonuses. As you continue to develop new skills and take on more complex work, you’ll earn additional pay raises along the way.

The program is divided into three phases:

Weeks 1–6: Hands-on training in our warehouse, learning parts, tools, and operational excellence.

Weeks 7–12: Classroom and lab instruction at Eco University to deepen technical knowledge.

Weeks 13–20: Field experience alongside our expert technicians, applying everything you’ve learned in real-world situations.
Eco University is in person at our Hilliard Branch. The entire first week will be in Hilliard. For those not located within an hour of Hilliard, we can provide a hotel room for your first week. After the first week, you will report to Hilliard every other day for class/lab training. The days not spent in class will be in the field with your designated branch!
By the end of the program, apprentices are equipped with the skills, confidence, and experience to thrive in the plumbing trade. We’re proud to invest in our students’ success and ask for the same commitment in return. After graduating from Eco University, apprentices agree to stay on as technicians for two years, building their skills and advancing their careers with us.
There is no state licensing through this course. Upon graduation, you will have the skill set of a Tier 3 technician. We will continue to provide training to help you level up.
