Key Responsibilities

Knowledgeable of all company policies and guarantees

Supervise and lead a team of Plumbing Technicians, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the Plumbing department

Allocate resources efficiently to meet project deadlines and client expectations

Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly to minimize disruptions

Maintain high-quality standards in Plumbing installations and repairs, adhering to industry best practices and regulatory requirements

Conduct periodic inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

Implement corrective actions as needed to address quality deficiencies and improve overall performance

Act as a point of contact for resolving customer complaints or escalations related to Plumbing projects

Promote a culture of safety awareness and adherence to health and safety protocols among Plumbing Team Members

Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement within the Plumbing department

Implement initiatives to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and enhance the overall performance of the Plumbing department

Host mandatory team huddles

Qualifications & Requirements

Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
-
Proven experience in Plumbing project management
-
4-5 years as a Manager or in a Leadership Role required

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with the capacity to interact effectively

In-depth knowledge of Plumbing systems, equipment, and industry regulations
-
Familiarity with project management software and tools for scheduling, budgeting, and tracking project progress
-
Journeyman in Plumbing is a plus
-
Commitment to upholding health and safety standards in the workplace
