Responsibilities
- Greet and check in clients with warmth and professionalism, providing excellent customer service while managing check-in and check-out procedures.
- Schedule appointments accurately utilizing EMR software.
- Handle phone systems with professional phone etiquette; respond promptly to patient inquiries and direct calls appropriately.
- Educate clients on IV therapies, memberships, and packages
- Support clinical staff by preparing exam rooms, managing supplies, and assisting with basic administrative duties related to patient care.
- Uphold strict confidentiality standards in accordance with HIPAA guidelines while managing sensitive health information.
Experience
- Prior experience working in a medical office setting or healthcare environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse patient populations effectively.
- Demonstrated customer service skills combined with clerical experience in a medspa setting; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
