Front Desk Associate
Insports Centers’ front desk is the hub of our facility. The front desk is where customers look for program and facility information to enroll their children or themselves. It is the first impression all new and existing customers receive when they walk through our doors. The Front Desk Associate position is critical to running our state-of-the-art facility.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Outstanding customer service to all customers including proactivity resolving customer concerns and complaints.
· Answers the phone before the second ring, answers any customer questions and thoroughly takes a message for more in-depth questions
· Learns our booking software system and goes on to take registrations for all programs, book birthday parties and rentals.
· Understands the facilities programs and helps drive business through sales.
· Maintains solid program knowledge and awareness of all program information throughout the year.
· Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions through our software and POS systems.
· Conducts facility checks throughout the night our fields, courts, kitchen, bar and lobby area.
· Effectively reconciles the cash and credit card payments at the end of the shift.
· Sends out a nightly report to all upper management staff to recap the activity.

· Must be able to multi-task
Position Type: Part time. Weekend and Night Shifts.
Experience:
· Customer service experience required
· A University degree preferred in Sport Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality or Facility Operations) or a junior or senior pursuing a degree in any of the above.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
