Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled, reliable, and client-focused Registered Nurse (RN) with strong IV skills to join our team as an IV Specialist. This role is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about wellness, preventative care, and delivering an elevated client experience.
Duties
- Administer IV vitamin infusions and intramuscular injections safely and efficiently
- Perform venipuncture with a high level of skill and confidence
- Assess clients, review medical history, and ensure eligibility for treatments
- Monitor clients during treatments and respond to any adverse reactions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all services
- Uphold all safety, sanitation, and compliance standards
- Provide education to clients on services and wellness benefits
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build client relationships
- Assist with clinic operations, inventory, and maintaining a clean environment
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Connecticut
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (ER, ICU, L&D, or infusion preferred)
- Strong IV insertion and venipuncture skills (REQUIRED)
- Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and privacy of patient information
Schedule
- Currently hiring for weekend availability only
- Occasional weekday shifts may become available based on business needs
- Flexible scheduling with potential for additional hours as the clinic grows
