Porter

Who we're looking for:

Were looking to build the best teams possible with highly motivated and engaged employees. We have an exciting opportunity for a Porter to join one of our Bronx properties.

Schedule:

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Responsible for cleaning common areas and vacant apartments
• Maintain exterior areas
• Collect and sort trash
• Salt and shovel snow during inclement weather
• Some minor handy work may include changing light bulbs, replacing blinds and small paint touch-up jobs

Qualifications, skills and abilities:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• One year or more of Porter experience (building cleaning experience will be considered)
• Heavy lifting (50 lbs.) is required
• Must be available to work weekends, overnights and/or overtime

Salary Range:

$22.13 / hr.
