This role is for someone who
- Thinks in games, systems, and player experience

Required
- 5 years in game development or interactive media
- Experience with full-cycle game development
- Strong understanding of
- Game design principles
- Development workflows
- Production pipelines
- Experience leading game teams or studios
- Experience with game engines (Unity, Unreal, etc.)
- Experience in educational or mission-driven products
- Experience working in remote teams
- 10-15 hours per week
- Executive-level engagement
