- Audio and editing
- Align creative teams with tools and workflows
- Lead animators, writers, editors, and production teams
- Define roles, workflows, and expectations
- Support recruitment and development of team members
- Build distribution strategy across
- YouTube and digital platforms
- Educational channels
- Streaming opportunities
- Drive audience growth and engagement
- Support sponsorships, grants, and partnerships
- Contribute to pitch decks and media showcases
- Identify opportunities for sustainability and scale

This role is for someone who
- Thinks in stories, systems, and scale
- Can lead both creative vision and execution
- Understands animation as both art and production
- Can build structure in creative environments
- Knows how to bring ideas to life — consistently
Required
- 5 years in animation, media production, or related fields
- Experience with end-to-end production pipelines
- Strong understanding of
- Storytelling
- Animation workflows
- Production management
- Experience leading animation or media teams
- Familiarity with tools (After Effects, Blender, Toon Boom, etc.)
- Experience with digital platforms (YouTube, streaming)
- Experience in educational or mission-driven content
- 15–25 hours per week
- Executive-level engagement
- Fully remote
- Leadership of a full creative studio
