Position Summary
The Canine Handler/Kennel Attendant is responsible for providing attentive care to dogs and maintaining a clean, safe facility. Team members spend their shifts in daycare playrooms and kennel areas supervising dogs and supporting daily operations. This position reports to the Dog Care Manager.

Responsibilities
- Supervise dogs in daycare and kennel areas
- Monitor behavior and ensure safe interactions
- Provide attentive care and maintain comfort of dogs
- Clean and sanitize daycare rooms, kennels, and equipment
- Move dogs safely between areas
- Report health or behavior concerns to management
Qualifications
- Passion for working with dogs
- Ability to handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments
- Reliable, attentive, and team-oriented
- Animal care experience preferred but not required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
