- Integrate the two, using Workday for HCM/Payroll and PeopleSoft for core finance.
- Adopt Workday Financials alongside its payroll and HCM suite for a single cloud-native platform.
- Transition toward Oracle Cloud ERP, consolidating both HCM and Finance in one Oracle ecosystem.
