Pay Rate/Salary of the Welder:
$22/hr 10% shift differential = $24.20/hr

Responsibilities of the Welder:
- Fabricate custom products and modify them to meet customer specifications.
- Perform welding on a variety of stainless steel valves, gauges, and components.
- Collaborate with engineers on custom product design for production.
- Complete fabrication and assembly welding from blueprints and instructions.
- Conduct visual inspections of parts for defects and perform occasional leak checks.
- 2 years of related welding experience required.
- Proficiency in stainless steel TIG welding preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Dedication to safety and adherence to strict safety standards.
