Press Brake Operator- DIRECT HIRE!!
We are seeking a skill Press Brake Operator that has set up experience on an Amada.

Shift of the Press Brake Operator:
1st Shift 6:30-4:30 (unlimited OT - flexible schedule)

Pay Rate/Salary of the Press Brake Operator:
$24.00-30.00/hr

Responsibilities of the Press Brake Operator:

• Set up, program, and operate Amada press brake equipment for complex forming operations.
• Utilize custom and standard punch/die tooling, including modifications as required.
• Perform complex press brake programming including multiple bend angles, step bends, proper back gauge transfers, delays, and sequencing.
• Interpret complex blueprints, including geometric tolerances, and translate specifications into finished parts.
• Train and support junior press brake operators while maintaining a safe and organized work area.

Qualifications of the Press Brake Operator:

• 5 years of hands-on press brake setup, operation, and programming experience.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Solid understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
