Test Operator - Weekend Shift

The Test Operator position is available in the Nashua, NH area. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and functionality of electronic systems and components, and the company is known for its commitment to customer satisfaction and high-quality standards.

Shift of the Test Operator: 6:00AM - 6PM (Fri-Sunday)

Pay Rate/Salary of the Test Operator: $21 20%

Responsibilities of the Test Operator:

• Set up and operate test equipment while understanding assembly processes for various boards and systems.
• Record and interpret failure parameters using basic computer skills and test programs.
• Identify component types and detect workmanship and material defects.
• Follow detailed procedures for testing, including frequency and voltage adjustments.
• Maintain accurate records of tested units and suggest improvements to test procedures.

Qualifications of the Test Operator:

• High School Diploma or GED with 4 years of advanced electronic testing experience.
• Proficient in using hand tools and general test equipment like multi-meters and oscilloscopes.
• Ability to read and understand schematics and technical documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to train on new equipment and participate in continuous improvement activities.
