Solderer/Assembler - Contract To Hire

Responsibilities of the Solderer/Assembler:
- Perform soldering, assembly, rework, and inspection of electronic and microwave components using assembly drawings, work instructions, BOMs, and travelers.
- Conduct precision soldering under a microscope, including surface?mount and through-hole components, micro-assemblies, and RF/microwave parts.
- Use a variety of hand tools, soldering irons, hot plates, and other bench?top equipment following established methods and procedures.
- Inspect solder joints and assemblies during and after production to ensure compliance with quality standards (IPC/J-STD knowledge preferred).
- Rotate through various assembly and soldering operations to support production goals.
- Collaborate with team members to complete work orders and meet schedule requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and ESD safe work environment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to support company goal
Qualifications of the Solderer/Assembler:
- Must be a US Person.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work from blueprints and assembly procedures.
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail are essential for this role.
