Field Service Technician
📍 Atlanta, GA Area (Travel-Based Role)

We're seeking a Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and support industrial machinery across North America. This is a hands-on role that offers extensive training, exposure to advanced manufacturing equipment, and the opportunity to work directly with customers in a variety of industrial environments.
What You'll Do
- Install, start up, commission, and test industrial machinery at customer facilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues
- Perform repairs, maintenance, and equipment upgrades
- Provide technical support both onsite and remotely
- Train customer personnel on equipment operation and maintenance
- Assist with machine demonstrations and prototype/sample production
- Represent the company professionally while working directly with customers
What We're Looking For
- Associate degree in a mechanical or electrical discipline OR military experience in a related field
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field
- Strong safety record and commitment to safe work practices
- Comfortable working in manufacturing and industrial environments
- Willingness to travel 50-75% after training
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
