Shift of the Quality Technician:
M-F 7:00am-4:00pm
Salary of the Quality Technician:
$65,000-$75,000 (Based on experience).

Responsibilities of the Quality Technician:
- Troubleshoot and debug PCB assemblies using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and multimeters.
- Support analysis of returned products (RMA) and in-process failures.
- Perform PCB rework including component replacement and soldering (SMT and through-hole).
- Assist engineers with product testing, validation, and quality checks.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Customer Service teams.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
- 1–3 years of experience in electronics testing, troubleshooting, or manufacturing support.
- Basic understanding of analog and digital circuits.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
- Hands-on soldering and PCB rework experience (SMT and/or through-hole preferred).
