EM Assembler II - 1st Shift

Join a leading company in West Boylston, MA as an Assembly Technician II, where you will play a crucial role in assembling and testing complex electrical and mechanical prototypes. Shift:
First Shift - 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM

Pay Rate of the EM Assembler II:
$23 per hour

Responsibilities of the EM Assembler II:

• Assemble, test, troubleshoot, and repair complex electrical and mechanical prototype subassemblies and final assemblies according to specifications.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving support within development engineering.
• Organize and maintain prototyping build and test environments to ensure tools and equipment are properly managed.
• Assist Development Engineers with revisions and improvements to build and test procedures.
• Document non-conformances and ensure compliance with cGMP and ISO 13485 requirements.

Qualifications of the Assembly Technician:

• Experience in electro-mechanical and opto-mechanical assembly is required.
• Familiarity with basic manufacturing methods is essential.
• Experience in medical device manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend detailed manufacturing procedures and drawings in English.
• Excellent manual dexterity and eye/hand coordination are necessary.
