Job Description
- Final Assembly of control panels and equipment including point to point wiring from Wire Run lists and electrical schematics.
- Mechanical assembly of subassemblies using hand and/or power tools.
- Testing and troubleshooting of subassemblies and final assemblies.
- Works with other Production Technicians and Engineering to correct and improve upon any documents related to the assembly process at the required high-quality standard.
- Responsible for ensuring that work order protocols are followed, and that work order paperwork is completed as the work is performed.
- Electrical symbols
- Crimping and crimping tools
- Wire size and amperage
- Schematic reading
- Power and hand tools
- Highly detailed
- Can lift 30 to 50lbs
- Understanding AC and DC volts
- Soldering a plus,but only IPC 610 CERTS .
