Schedule of the Manufacturing Assembler:
Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
Pay Rate of the Manufacturing Assembler:
$21.00 – $22.00 per hour.

Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Assembler:
- Install insulation materials onto machinery and equipment according to specifications.
- Assemble components and subassemblies using hand and power tools.
- Read and follow work instructions, assembly drawings, and production documentation.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
- Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards.
- Report material shortages, quality concerns, or equipment issues to management.
- Previous assembly experience in a manufacturing environment (required).
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to follow written instructions and read assembly drawings.
- Mechanical aptitude and experience working with machinery (a plus).
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
