Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Commercial Account Manager located in St. Louis, MO. As a Commercial Account Manager, your day-to-day tasks will involve account management and client service. You will be responsible for maintaining client relationships and providing assistance with their commercial insurance accounts.
Qualifications
- Valid P&C insurance license
- Strong understanding of commercial property & casualty coverage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to adjust to changing priorities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work within agency and quality guidelines, follow procedures and demonstrate initiative to collaborate with and support fellow team members
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience with Applied Systems EPIC and Sharepoint is a major plus.
