WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY:

This team is responsible for developing and executing high-priority initiatives that drive the firm's growth, such as new businesses, products, and other commercial activities. This role is focused on translating strategic ideas and executive direction into structured plans and delivering high-quality outcomes, all within a collaborative, collegial, and intellectually rigorous environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY:
- Drive the end-to-end execution of high-impact, cross-functional initiatives.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the firm, including investment teams, Legal & Compliance, the Executive Committee, and other senior leaders.
- Lead project working groups and guide decision-making by developing deep domain knowledge across the firm’s activities.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve how the firm plans and executes complex initiatives, including scalable processes, tools, and best practices.
- A bachelor’s degree or higher and at least six years of experience in comparable, cross-functional positions; knowledge of and experience with finance and asset management is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated success in leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from ambiguity to execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complexity into clear, actionable recommendations and updates for senior management.
- Sound commercial and operational judgement with a proactive, problem-solving mindset, including the ability to anticipate risks and downstream implications.
- Comfort working across functions, ensuring high-priority initiatives are implemented efficiently and effectively, and building alignment across stakeholders, including the firm's Executive Committee and other senior leaders.
- The expected annual base salary for this position is $225,000 to $325,000. Our compensation and benefits package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, 401(k) contribution matching, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program.
