- Assist in production with the APBC Chef and Sous Chef, observing and learning new skills.
- Prep menu items from a daily production list with accuracy, utilizing tested recipes.
- Work efficiently to ensure that product meets time deadlines and is produced at the highest standards.
- Set up and break down the kitchen, including recording temperatures, proper cooling practices, FIFO, inventory, and sanitation.
- Communicate effectively with the Chef Instructors and kitchen staff as necessary.
- Maintain inventories of raw ingredients, sanitation supplies, and production equipment.
