Kitchen Assistant Lead Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Lead Kitchen Assistant. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a kitchen environment and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Support the APBC Chef and Savory Sous Chef in the production kitchens.
- Assist with the training of Kitchen Assistants.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and production.
- Ensure all equipment and machinery are properly used and maintained.
- Communicate effectively with the Chef Instructors and kitchen staff.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Previous E&L Kitchen Assistant contract or completion of Caf Operations course.
- Strong work ethic and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Serve-safe certified or equivalent.
