What are the responsibilities and job description for the SOCIAL SERVICE AIDE -Intake position at The County of Adams?
This position is responsible for providing functional support services to the Adams County Children and Youth Intake team. Specific duties include, but are not limited to, providing families with transportation, following up on medical records, supervising visitations, and other tasks requested by caseworkers. This position requires the individual to have the ability to engage individuals with vastly differing attitudes, personalities, and learning styles in a positive and collaborative manner using excellent communication skills.
Normal work hours are Monday - Friday, 8am -430pm with a 1/2 hours unpaid lunch. It is a full time, benefit eligible position.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required
Compensation will be determined by education and experience but will not be less than $15.25 / hour
