Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
- Manage multi-line phone systems, handle guest inquiries with courtesy and efficiency
- Check guests in and out using hotel management software, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest satisfaction
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations promptly and effectively
- Maintain front desk area cleanliness, organization, and supplies to ensure a welcoming environment
- Support night audit procedures by reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate
- Multilingual skills or bilingual ability highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional phone etiquette
- Ability to operate multi-line phone systems efficiently during busy periods
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality standards
- Knowledge of hotel operations, guest services, and resort environments is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Prior experience with night audit procedures or hotel experience is advantageous but not mandatory
