Job Description
The Country Club of Scranton is currently seeking multiple highly motivated culinarians with a passion for cooking who can work in a team oriented, fast paced, guest centric environment.
Basic Qualifications:
Education/Training: Recognized degree in culinary arts and/or 1 year experience cooking experience.
Valid PA driver’s license.

General responsibilities:
- Average knife skills
- Ability to follow and troubleshoot recipes and menu items with little to no difficulty
- Ability to handle prep work and work with little or no difficulty
- Ability to work with supportive attitude, skill, speed, and cleanliness
- Ability to exhibit proper food handling procedures in accordance with state, local, and club regulations
- Maintain high sanitation standards.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes
- Open availability
