Food Expeditor/Expo

Join the team at The Copperfield, Mendota Heights’ favorite neighborhood spot. We’re looking for a dependable, high-energy Food Expeditor to help keep our kitchen and dining room running smoothly during busy service.

• Experienced: You understand the pace of a busy kitchen pass and stay calm under pressure.
• Organized: You are detail-oriented and know how to keep orders moving accurately.
• Team-focused: You communicate clearly and positively with cooks, servers, and managers.
• Available on weekends: Weekends are our busiest time, so weekend availability is required to apply to this job.
• Bilingual is a plus: Spanish/English bilingual skills are highly valued.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate the flow of food from the kitchen line to the dining room.
• Check every plate for accuracy, presentation, temperature, and quality before it leaves the window.
• Keep communication clear and positive between servers and cooks.
• Help the team stay focused and upbeat during peak rush periods.

Physical Requirements

• Must be comfortable standing, walking, and staying active on your feet for 4 to 6 hours per shift.
