Responsibilities:
- Inspect each dish before it leaves the kitchen, checking for presentation, accuracy and portion size
- Act as the main point of contact between kitchen staff and servers
- Maintain a clean and organized area
- Follow all safety procedures to prevent accidents and injures
- Ensure that all guests receive their meals as ordered
- Friday - Sunday availability - daytime/evenings
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality and presentation
