Gibby's Lanes is looking for dependable, energetic Food Expeditors to help keep our kitchen running smoothly during our busiest nights and weekends. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have great attention to detail, and enjoy working as part of a team, we'd love to meet you!
Responsibilities
- Organize and inspect food orders before they leave the kitchen
- Ensure every order is accurate, complete, and presented properly
- Communicate with kitchen staff to keep orders moving efficiently
- Coordinate with servers to ensure timely delivery to guests
- Keep the expo station clean, organized, and stocked
- Assist with light kitchen duties as needed
- Help maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable with a positive attitude
- Food service experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends
