- Oversee all daily jobsite operations for large-scale commercial mechanical and HVAC installations.
- Enforce strict safety compliance and occupational health protocols across active construction zones.
- Coordinate complex logistics including crew schedules, specialized sub-trades, and mechanical material deliveries.
- Collaborate with centralized Project Managers to preserve strict financial budgets and timeline milestones.
- Track critical project construction milestones, field progress, and structural mitigation paths.
- Conduct detailed site walkthroughs daily to verify quality craftsmanship and strict adherence to specifications.
- Serve as the central on-site authority for real-time problem solving and technical field coordination.
- Minimum of 3 years of verified experience supervising commercial HVAC or mechanical field operations.
- Proven leadership capabilities managing multi-trade subcontractors and large field crews on active jobsites.
- Solid technical proficiency reading, interpreting, and applying complex mechanical blueprints and schematics.
- Demonstrated capability to thrive and maintain organization within a fast-paced, fluid field environment.
- Strong communication skills necessary to interface clearly with corporate stakeholders and field teams.
- Prior hands-on trade experience as a commercial pipefitter, sheet metal mechanic, or HVAC technician.
- Detailed familiarity with the Denver commercial building code framework and regional mechanical mandates.
- Completed safety milestones including an active OSHA 30 construction supervisor credential.
