Description
As the Superintendent, you will report directly to senior leadership and take full ownership of on‑site project delivery across multiple commercial builds. You will be trusted with significant responsibility while being supported by an experienced, tight‑knit team.
- Lead day‑to‑day site operations from groundworks through close‑out
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules and inspections to ensure programmes are met
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality and client satisfaction
- Act as the primary on‑site point of contact for clients and consultants
- Manage logistics, sequencing and problem‑solving across fast‑paced projects
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and to exacting standards
- Travel between regional sites as required (typically within a one‑hour radius)
Profile
For the Superintendent role we are seeking:
- Experience as a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent or Junior Superintendent within commercial construction
- Exposure to projects such as retail, restaurant, fuel or convenience builds (or similar fast‑track environments)
- Strong on‑site leadership, accountability and communication skills
- A hands‑on, solutions‑focused mindset with high personal standards
- Someone motivated by long‑term career growth, mentorship and stability rather than short‑term moves
- Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally out of state (with per diem provided)
