Job Description
The Superintendent will report to the Project Manager and be responsible for leading all on-site construction activities and personnel. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage day-to-day field operations and subcontractor coordination
- Drive project schedule and ensure milestones are met
- Oversee quality control and ensure adherence to project specifications
- Lead site safety efforts, including OSHA compliance and enforcement
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety meetings
- Coordinate with Project Managers, suppliers, and trades to maintain workflow
- Train and guide field personnel on safety protocols and best practices

For the Superintendent role, we are seeking:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and field coordination
- Demonstrated experience managing subcontractors and field teams
- Solid understanding of OSHA regulations and on-site safety programs
- Ability to lead from the front and drive accountability across teams
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with construction management software preferred (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
