- Salary/Pay Rate: $80,000 - $125,000 per year (Salary Commission) plus Signing, Performance, and Year-End Bonuses.

- Project Scope: Residential and Commercial New Construction.
- Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Idaho HVAC Journeyman License.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Coordinate and schedule complex HVAC installation projects to ensure seamless transitions between contractors, homeowners, and field teams.
- Develop and mentor employees by setting clear progression goals and conducting performance reviews to foster a positive, high-growth work environment.
- Analyze project specifications to assist with technical system design, detailed biddings, and accurate material takeoffs.
- Manage daily production goals for each installation crew while overseeing labor hours and equipment costs to maintain strict budget control.
- Execute job change orders and troubleshoot real-time technical issues on-site to prevent project delays or code violations.
- Communicate project status and scope effectively to subcontractors and customers, ensuring all permits and quality walkthroughs are finalized.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in HVAC installation or project management.
- Must possess a valid Idaho HVAC Journeyman License.
- Proven ability to design HVAC systems and manage large-scale residential and commercial projects.
- Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to stay on task in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Experience in workforce planning, including hiring, training, and managing crew dynamics.
- Demonstrated success in sales and customer relationship management.
- Advanced proficiency in reading architectural plans and conducting detailed job-site meetings.
- Experience in training junior installers through formal apprenticeship or mentorship programs.
