- Achieve an individual annual sales volume milestone of $1.25M while maintaining an elite conversion ratio.
- Conduct multiple targeted residential property consultations weekly to secure immediate, high-value contract commitments.
- Cultivate a lucrative, self-sustaining consumer sales pipeline to supplement company-provided qualified field leads.
- Perform detailed physical site inspections to diagnose exterior vulnerabilities, wind stress, and storm damage.
- Author comprehensive project scopes of work to guarantee seamless transitions over to the production crews.
- Log precise property metrics, client communications, and real-time pipeline status within the corporate CRM.
- Engage actively in continuous advanced technical training modules, corporate sales seminars, and regional contests.
- High school diploma, General Education Development (GED) equivalent, or higher level of academic achievement.
- Active and valid driver's license necessary to navigate extensive regional territory travel independently.
- Proven flexibility to manage evening client consultations and adjust to residential homeowner availability.
- Advanced personal communication, structural follow-up capabilities, and a metrics-driven consultative approach.
- High comfort level inputting field metrics and managing digital sales logistics via mobile software.
- Five or more years of high-performing outside sales experience, ideally within residential remodeling or construction.
- Practical knowledge of Intermountain West architectural design demands, heavy ice damming, and wind mitigation.
- Demonstrated experience using advanced sales tracking systems, territory mapping tools, and electronic tablets.
- Hybrid financial infrastructure merging a reliable hourly base with an uncapped performance commission structure.
