How You Will Make An Impact
- Manipulate heavy excavators and bulldozers safely on steep mountainous slopes and dense, wooded terrain.
- Utilize advanced GPS grading systems to execute high-precision site cuts and subgrade leveling to strict project specifications.
- Establish accurate survey benchmarks and elevation control points across diverse, rugged field environments.
- Inspect and maintain specialized earthmoving equipment daily to guarantee maximum jobsite safety and operational uptime.
- Collaborate closely with ground crews, grade setters, and site supervisors to maintain rapid project momentum.
- Adapt quickly to shifting startup environments and fluid field conditions to keep heavy civil operations moving forward.
- Proven technical mastery operating heavy excavators or bulldozers in demanding, high-slope outdoor environments.
- Solid experience interpreting site plans and executing precise grade cuts under minimal supervision.
- Strong team-player mindset with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse field crews.
- Absolute willingness to travel up to 20% of your working hours to various project locations beyond a 30-mile radius.
- 3 or more years of dedicated experience operating earthmoving equipment within civil and heavy construction.
- Hands-on experience utilizing Topcon GPS machinery control systems for high-precision grading work.
